Buy and Sell used CDs, DVDs, and Video Games

I recently bought at PS3 at Best Buy (San Carlos, CA) and noticed that games are extremely expensive --or my wallet is just a bit thinner these days. I'm very likely to buy used games, perhaps at one of the used local game stores. Since video games and digital media doesn't degrade, my experience as a customer is next to 'brand new'. I think requirement 2 is key. They have a long term approach to digital marketing, while social marketing does require a new approach, it's not completely different than previous digital toolsets. I would add that they should demonstrate previous ability with 'emerging technologies' from previous eras, like the web, mobile, to show their ability to innovate.

I'm not so sure about 3, as the candidate should be able to demonstrate both work and personal experience with social --and I'm not sure specific numbers will ever be able to tell ability. Sure, an indicator, but as like you say a "Preferred" Qualification.

Also, if this was coupled with reviews, I'm more likely to trust them as I know it came from a 'real' or verified person. If it's not someone I know, you could hide the true identity, but at least indicate the review is from a Facebook identity.

Yup, Facebook Connect is opt-in, so this would only work if you agreed to it. Secondly, Best Buy would also need a Facebook App to gather information about what I own.
