Make In Store Pickup Faster & Less Painful

I picked up a new laptop in an Austin store last week because it had to be shipped in from another store. When I went to pick it up at customer service, I had to wait nearly 10 minutes because the paperwork required a managers signature. Create Electronic Receipts

Similar to Apple, allow me to have my receipt emailed to me rather than having to print out a physical receipt. Makes it easier for keeping track of receipts and cuts down on paper consumption.

Establish an SLA for checkout

I have been to Best Buy on three separate occasions in the past week and each time I had to wait several minutes to check out, standing 3+ deep in line with too few registers open while numerous Blue Shirts were on the floor standing around not helping customers with products or helping people to check out.
