A Take-Back Program would allow customers to return old or broken electronics to Best Buy retail stores instead of being put out for trash. This program would help prevent e-waste from heading to the landfills and increase recycling and re-use of materials. This kind of program would be the first for a retailer of this size, and would make huge impacts on cleaning up e-waste. A discount on new purchase would encourage customers to turn in old products and purchase from Best Buy.
