The manager is also responsible for developing content in a manner that increases online viewership in target demographics and encourages brand loyalty from young professionals.

• Strong familiarity with media ecology and online communities

• Prominent participant in multiple new media venues, including the blogosphere, social networking sites and streaming media sites

Preferred Qualifications
• An ideal applicant will possess an advanced degree in marketing, journalism (marketing) or similar subject matter
• Progressive experience (8+ years) working in online marketing, search engine optimization and related digital ad campaigns
• Well versed in the latest movements of sophisticated online citizens – particularly college-aged viewers
• Proven record of developing large, sustained, online viewership of advertising content in new media
• Innovative media ecologist with a keen barometer for social movement in computerized communications
