It good to pass things out to kids, during the Christmas holdays, Black Friday, Easter week and during summer time. The parents will know you care. Beside just candy and ballons, also give out any other stuff you want to get that don't cost too much. It will not make Best Buy loose any money or have to stop doing that out of a sudden.
