Best Buy already has a survey for you to complete and they reward you by entering you in a drawing for a gift card. I think it'd be cool if they gave you a discount for completing a survey. Doesn't have to be anything big, maybe $2 off your purchase of $15. It would provide for more feedback and encourage customers to continue shopping at Best Buy.

I agree. It may also encourage more candid opinions and sincere feedback. The customer would feel the time taken is valued.

Well if by "abused" you mean doing the survey more than once to get coupons, they could simply block the cookie & IP address of the participant after their first complete submission.
