When a product goes EOL or when people return things stores should have "garage sales" to help get rid of these things also will help people looking for deals. Heck you could even have it in the install bay on Saturday a month.

Check your local store page in the near future.Stores will soon have the ability to list open box products there. So it's sort of a garage sale online. (can't buy online though, just browse the products)

The store I work at has a shelf that we just devoted to our Clearance / EoL laptops that we have. Or you can always ask the associate which ones are on clearance, which should be yellow tags anyways and they will be glad to show you them.
