Best buy will then have to reorgnaze their departments and that alone will cause headaces and upset customers.
Flag as inappropriateStores do this for impulse shopping. they place TVs and such in back so you can walk past other items and buy them,

Then go to dell. Best Buy is an electronics retailer, not a computer superstore with catalogs.

Yes indeed, lets just make a really awesome computer for really cheap! Why haven't we thought of that before? Because you have to pay for those features thats why. If you want a cheap laptop, you buy an acer, or an emachine, if you want a good laptop, you pay more. there is no middle ground.

I have to say Hawk, Chris is right. Yes, the manufacturers do listen to retailers input, but our word isn't that powerful. It is completely up to the manufacturers to decide what they should make.
Flag as inappropriateAlso, i have to ask why you used 4Mg as the amount of ram versus saying 4Gb, or 4096Mb...

Actully the "top contributers" mean nothing really. If you wantn 8Gb in a alptop expect to pay $$ for a desktop replacement

Posted 29 days ago in response to Create a Best Buy iPad app
I would like to be able to view special deals for ipad users in the app as well as view the best buy store on the full screen without flash interrupting my buying experience. I would like to see the reward zone as an app for ipad as well. If best buy had an ipad app it would be very beneficial for customers using the 3G network and being able to buy completely on the go. I do hope to see a best buy iPad app in the future and I do look for a best buy iPad app whenever I'm on apples app store.

Not all computers can handle that much. Its up to the manufacturers, not best buy.
Flag as inappropriateand I own a laptop and not a desktop. My laptop is my only computer.

Posted about 1 month ago in response to My idea is to have a different kind of help to pick a product.
It'd be great if you could answer a series of questions about a product you're thinking about buying, and then be given a limited (maybe 3: low, mid and high quality) number to choose from. For me it would be more helpful than the model, $$, size or other fields that currently exist to try to help limit the number of selections to choose from. Questions could be as simple as "What are you going...

Flag as inappropriateMy daughter had leukemia and germs are a life and death issue in that circumstance!
I asked our local WalMart if they would start doing it because one of our local food stores does but never got anywhere until about 2 years later. My daughter did end up passing away due to an infection that she couldn't fight because of all the chemotherapy. We are very careful and caring parents too!
It's not just a general good health promoting policy for some it actually could be life and death. Also if you see people out wearing surgical masks don't laugh or point and mock like some idiot kids in a car sitting next to us because the family is probably protecting someone with a life threatening illness. It made my daughter feel really bad and she was only 7!
