To go one further, maybe offer a button to reserve the item at the customer service desk, or something to that effect, for like 12 or 24 hours so that you could go pick it up and know that it would be there. Almost like a pre-order on a game.

I agree with BugOutMachine, they would need to treat it more like a credit card. There would have to be the ability to cancel your card if it is lost or stolen and then issue a new card. That would then institute expiration dates, pin codes, and alternate account numbers if your account was "pirated." Instituting that kind of thing just seems like an expensive endeavor.

I like the way it is now mainly because you can just write down the codes and have the cashier type them in. It would be nice if they offered the ability to scan the bar-code directly from your phone that way you could just bring it up on your phone and bam!

While it does hold significance, I don't think the point of the membership is for you to feel special, and even if it is, don't you think getting bonus points on your games is treating you special? If you wanted a personalized card, I could see them offering it for a certain cost in points, like a personalized check with a background or something, but I think it might be cost prohibitive to do it for everyone.

I think it might be interesting if they automatically added the coupons to your membership card. That way when you scan your card at the store, or put in your id # in the online store, if that coupon was sent to you it is automatically applied. It shouldn't be that hard considering your address is in common on both lists.

Agreed. Already dealt with several clients just tonight on this same issue. The wording is very misleading, and should be modified to include the word "Trial" or somehow let clients know that it is not a full version and additional costs will be required.

The language of the initial post is entirely inappropriate for this forum. If a person cannot articulate his/her point without resorting to bathroom language, then the post should not be allowed. I am assuming minors read these posts, although, even as an adult I find posts such as this obnoxious.

Perhaps none of us can tell whether this person should be fired or not fired, but the language used here is entirely inappropriate. Contributors should be able to articulate their views without recourse to this kind of language.

Whether or not there is any reason to fire this guy, or not fire the guy, the language used here is entirely inappropriate, and the post should never have made it past the adjudicators. Even as an adult, I find it offensive, much less have children read it. Contributors should learn to articulate their comments without resorting to this kind of language.

Agreed on needing the developer relations team to be active. It would be useful if the documentation was more complete. For example, in the PRODUCT DATA DICTIONARY: http://remix.bestbuy.com/?pagename=documentation&doc_active=555 , it would be useful to know which fields will always have a value or which fields are xml/html escaped.
